Our Raffle
or "Raffle Auction" is a very popular portion of the day's fun. All different kinds of items, from expensive original art to "gift baskets" to restaurant coupons (and all sorts of things in between!) are put up for individual raffles. We've had more than 30 items to choose from in the past, and expect it to be just as varied and exciting this year! Keep an eye on the Prizes below, but expect to check out the display when you arrive - we don't always know what items will be up for these raffle prizes until the last minute
How It Works.
The raffles are open to anyone, player or not. Only those people who want a particular item are part of any given raffle - you decide which items you want to be part of raffles for, and how much you want to impact the odds in your favor. That's the 'auction' part you - bid on an item by placing one or more of your tickets (with your name!) in the container for that item. Many people check to see how popular an item is and adjust their bids (how many tickets they put in) if they want to improve their odds. You may get the chance to repeat the process when you get back from playing golf. Then during dinner we quickly draw a winner for each item, and hopefully you go home with your prize winnings!
The Prizes!
There will be lots of great prizes for everyone who participates in this year's tournament. Many will be won during play, but many more nice prizes will be randomly raffled off during dinner or won via our new silent auction. Everyone has a great chance of winning a fabulous prize (or two!) this year!
